EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
Learning is enhanced at Brookfield Christian School through a variety of after school
activities for a nominal fee.
Dance
Children are taught creative movement, interpretive, pre-ballet and liturgical dance. Creative dance
helps children to develop musicality and imagination. They are encouraged and inspired to dance to
classical music and other types of music.
Piano
Children are taught the basics in beginning keyboard instruction and music theory. Lessons are taught
during the academic school year.
Karate
Martial Arts Instruction is taught to increase self-efficacy, self-discipline, empowerment, respect and
integrity in children. It enhances children’s inner strength through moral values.
